The guy admitted that he's addicted to trolling, to complete insincerity. It's not that he actually believes any of it but rather that he gets off by pushing other people's buttons. It's a disease of the mind. It's everywhere.

I suspect this is the case as well. Being anonymous online motivates people to do a lot of things they wouldn't normally do. I see some of my mild-manner friends turn into complete nutjobs with their language when playing online shooting games on the xbox or playstation & talk in ways they would never otherwise talk at work or IRL, and that doesn't necessarily mean that they think or believe those things deep-down, just that it's coming out in an anonymous, emotionally-driven, heat-of-the-moment verbal sparring match.

I'd associate the phrase in that context with ghastly aspects of US prison culture. Which is itself a rather unpleasant association. But then, quite a lot of US discourse seems to be derived ultimately from prison culture. it occasionally leads to the impression that the US is essentially a prison system with a country attached to it.

Point is, I think it's a pity the poster used that phrase, but not primarily because it's derogatory towards women.
(And I don't think it was deliberate, people just use the language of the culture they are in)
