If you've been reading, he said they haven't really CAUGHT her, but they have a suspicion based on noises the've heard. Dunno if that will hold them up if she brought them to court. In Florida, reasons prior termination may be different than what is done here in NJ, where it must be filed and have a good reason. In fact, there was a whole seminar on how to execute a termination not too long ago.

An arrest for possession of illegal drugs is all the EVIDINCE they need to terminate her. What part of most companies drug policies are people not be able to grasp. Using drugs anytime....even on your own time is enough to justify termination. A company doesn't have to prove you did it at work. If you show positive on a random drug test you can be fired immediately, even if the drugs in your system were used on a cruise ship in the middle of the Carribean on your vacation.
