I keep getting and error that cab.exe files are missing, or corrupted and need to reinstall the game. Its happened 5 times so far without letting up.
I didn't have that problem, though I did have to update it after launch, which was at least a couple of GB's. Did you even get that far? Are you installing via Amazon or Origin?
One item of interest, when activating at EA's website (wouldn't activate within Origin), it asks which version you want to activate. I choose Digital Deluxe (because why not? ) even though it didn't specify what was in this "deluxe" version. Then I went to activate Vietnam and it said I already had it and wouldn't let me activate. After launching the game I see Vietnam there, so apparently the purchase of Vietnam was unnecessary as they give it to you (accidentally?) with the regular BFBC2 purchase for $5 if you choose the deluxe version upon activation. I guess I can trade the Vietnam key to somebody with BFBC2 on Steam as that key is reported to work on Steam.
