I start my day with two large (10 oz) mugs of what I call every other day coffee. It's not dark roast, but it's strong enough to put hair on your chest. If you already have hair on your chest, it'll make it fall out. That way, you can tell if it's an odd or even day.
The survey needs more option. I don't use sugar or sweetener, and I can't stand non-dairy creamer. That stuff is a veritable chemical plant. Taste a little of it straight, and you'll get the idea. I prefer low fat milk. I also won't use the milk/half-and-half they give you in those little plastic containers in coffee shops. You need a magnifying glass to read the print, but they contain potassium proprionate, a perversative (spelling intentional).
I used to be able to drink coffee at any hour and go to sleep at bedtime. Now, if I drink coffee after about two in the afternoon, I may have trouble getting to sleep, and/or I may wake up a couple hours after I fall asleep, and I'll be pissed at myself for having had the coffee.
