COLD CATHODE LED FANS vs. REGULAR LED FANS

what are the differences in temperature between the two categories of fans? are they significant enough to justify for their respective prices?

err the cold cathode ones will big significantly hotter than the LED fans...
the point of the cold cathode fans is that they are much brighter than any LED fan...
