COLLEGE CREDITS HELP

Would like to get information on where to get information to convert credits to international credits and get the diploma notarized. My friend graduated here in the states and is going to attend school in mexico but they said she needs to convert the credits to see what can be accredited. They sent my friend to the state capital which is austin but both i and my friend do not no where. I was thinking of calling Rick Perry and see what he could do for me but thought id ask the smart people around the world first.

any help is appreciated.

I was gonna come in here and say "American credits are worth about 1/2 European credits and 1/3 Asian credits", but then I saw you were talking about Mexico.

Your buddy will need to contact his next school and ask them what they will give her credits for.
Why the hell would they ask you to do it?
THEY'RE THE SCHOOL! They decide whats good and what isnt. WTF?

I think thats a pretty good reason to not go to school in Mexico.

You are woefully mistaken and not very smart!
The reason I say that is because from country to country things are different.
I personally went to 3 different schools growing up in europe like I did and finally finishing my senior year in high school in an American high School.

They are all vastly different in their teaching methods. I could not say to you that European schools are better or worse.
