please feel free to post any horror stories here... in regards to roommates, living conditions etc...haha and please do tell what school

things that i've had to go through my past two years of dorming:
1) guys on my floor who thought it'd be fun to take a dump in the shower
2) guys who thought it'd be fun to take a dump ON THE TOILET SEAT AND NOT IN THE TOILET
3) assholes who cut their hair in the public bathrooms but just leave their hair there
4) year one, roommate who smelled like crap, was on the hockey team and whenever he came back from practice all smelly he would just jump into bed instead of showering...ugh
5) year two...(had private bathroom this time) never saw or heard my roommate take a shower once...and his smell proved it. he left a trail of stank that would follow him along...always wore the same shirt and pants everyday...etc etc. thank god i was able to get him to switch to another building after 1st quarter...and this leads me to #6
6) apparently #5 was so damn smelly that i could not smell my other roommate...it turns out that this roommate had some dastardly BO as well

ok glad i got that off my chest, no post yours so i can laugh at someone else's problems

Had a bisexual guy who lived in the room right next to me. Whenever him and another guy were going at it, he would play ABBA really, really loud.

Everytime I hear ABBA playing now, I run.

School was University of Dubuque, in Dubuque, IA.

i feel better since i got out of the dorms...now i just live in an apartment building where there's throw-up on the floor every OTHER night! woo hoo!

i also hated in the dorms how they didn't have cleaning ladies on the weekends...by sunday night our bathroom was SOOOO disgusting that i couldn't even go in....truly sad

i had a roommate move in one time four years ago, and each time i would go to the sink, i could smell a terrible mildew odor.

i kept sniffing around until i came to his towel that was hanging up, and it smelled like he hadn't washed it in months.

it was yellowish and completely disgusting. the worst part is he would always use this towel to dry off with after he took a shower and then hang it back up to dry to use again the next day.

I had one roommate who has super mega smelly feet. So one day I went out and purchased some anti-stank foor spray and dowsed his shoes with it. It helped a little bit. Another roommate of mine had some colon problem or something, so he would crap his pants every now and then. He also farted a lot, and blamed it on his "colon problem". That was disgusting. Another roommate of mine was in a frat. His frat "brothers" would bring him back so drunk he couldn't stand on his own. One night they did this, and we finally got him into bed on the top bunk. In the middle of the night he hurled all over the floor from the top bunk. The good thing was he got the puke all over his carpet. In the morning he rolled the carpet up and threw it out. I had the worst roommates.

My roommate would knock the snaut out of his girlfriend while I was in the other room. It was hilarious. It seemed she liked "dangerous" sex. She often made passes at me but I said no thanks. Those were interesting years.

Well..on a floor of about 50 kids, 8 of us were girls. That should be enough to explain the horrors I witnessed. From "co-ed" bathrooms (guys really are pigs) to "naked time"...and event that only the guys seems to partake in, all in all it was an eye opening experience.

havent had any probs with my roomate and am keeping same roomate for next year

Had similar incident with this dude $hitting all over the toilet seat and boxers and then put the boxers in the toilet. <he was drunk>

One of my friend's roomate peed all over her rug and didnt buy her a new one. <she was drunk>

Another friend of mine's roomate would go at it with her next door neighbor like 3 nights a week so my friend had to sleep in his bed or one of her gf's rooms.

Lets see... didn't have any smelly roomates although I did get drunk and apparently, even though it was never proven or evidence found, according to my roomate I got up and took the longest pee he ever heard under his desk freshman year. In MY defense I rented a steam cleaner and took care of it that next day.

Oh yeah we had one roomate junior year who got to know himself a little too well a little too often and didn't always shut the door. He was out before the end of the first term. I never saw him myself but rumors around the apartment were confirmed by another roomie. To this day he cant hear the old 80s song &quot;I know what boys like&quot; without running away screaming.

i hear yea man...one of my roommates this year had the stankiest feet. he had these slip on sandals that were originally a yellowish-brown color which had turned dark brown...it was so gross. one time i saw his socks on the floor and the heel part was totally brown...OMG he would always walk around barefoot too, and whenever he bent over to pray (he's muslim) i had to cover my nose. it was so bad that the RA and PA would never enter our room, they would just stand at the door

he also used to brew coffee and leave it sitting there until mildew started to grow on top...and he had the fricking nerve to offer me some one time lol

god my roommate was so annoying...he was a CS major and he could not even do simple things like change his desktop wallpaper, unzip files, or copy a files to and from a floppy! i just ended up ignoring after he started asking me how to do these things after awhile...it'd be cool if he wasn't a CS major...but shiet

i feel sorry for the cleaning ladies...but i also feel sorry for the rest of the decent people who have to live with this crap... for godsakes its like your home for a year wtf would you want to do that in the first place? no wonder people stress the need for shower sandals people are fricking dirty

Wow - nasty stories!

I didn't have any smelly roomates or anything but my first roomate my freshman year was a little strange. She used to wake up in the middle of the night, play Black Sabbath and make Macaroni and Cheese at like 2am. She wasn't drunk or high or anything (as far as I know) because she had already been sleeping for a few hours. And it wasn't like she had been out before that. I guess she was just hungry. It was very annoying, so I moved out after a month.

Roommate #1: Jamie, University of Michigan Ann Arbor (frosh year)... very insecure about herself, joined the cheerleading team, whined all the time, never paid me back after &quot;borrowing&quot; money... not nearly the worst, but a very boring person

Roommate #2: Heidi, U of M (soph year)... ROOMMATE FROM HELL. BIG BIG BIG girl, beat other girls up until they bled (not me, thank GOD), would call her mom everyday to scream and curse at her (I felt so uncomfortable everytime she'd call her mom a &quot;dirty b!tch slut whore&quot; ), would call her mom up ten minutes later to cry and tell her how much she loved her, had sex all the time with her freaky boyfriend but had &quot;moral objections&quot; about my &quot;foot massager&quot; (come ON, it's not like I ever used it in front of her!), insisted on being in bed (lights off, noise off) by 11pm every night, screamed at me for staying up until 1 or 2am studying (quietly)... ended up leaving halfway through the semester

Roommate #3: N, U of M (soph year)... sweet sorority girl, did drugs alllllll the time, took e (ecstasy) before her midterms, slept through a final, burped LOUDLY about every 2 seconds...

Roommate #4: Nora, Smith (junior year)... I love Nora!!

Oh Lord, do I have a doozy. Freshman year roomate from hell.

The first day, while our parents were at some activity, he sparked up a joint in our room. That's when I knew it would be an interesting year.

So, my roomate came to school with 2 of his friends from highschool, a guy and a girl. Eventually, I started to date his girl friend. One night, we were in a...umm...compromising position, and my roomate comes in, piss drunk. He starts freaking out, throwing crap around, being a moron. For some reason, the girl throws her shoe at him, and it hits him right between the eyes. He grabs her, as I try to put some clothes on to break it up. Meanwhile, our door is wide open, and pretty much our whole floor is gathering in the hall to watch the commotion. He's shaking her pretty hard...not really hitting her, but doing stuff that I would never do to a girl, so I make a move to knock the fscker out. As I grab him, one of my buddies pulls the fire alarm, and my roomate runs out in the chaos. I confront him on the quad, and our RA breaks it up after we each get a few hits in. I go and crash at a friends room, and my roomate goes back to our room. So, the next morning, I go to my room to make sure the stupid fsck hasn't thrown my computer out the window or anything dumb like that. Everything is fine, and he's gone. Later, he shows up and says we need to talk. I'm like no sh!t we need to talk. So, he suggests we go for a walk. Confused, I agree. So we walk along, and he kind of apologizes (not really), and soon we're just walking along, not saying anything. I didn't know what was going on, we were just walking....so I say that I'm going back to the dorm. My roomate says, hang on, there's something I have to show you. We walk a few more blocks, and I notice something odd...

















MY FSCKING CAR IS PARKED ON THE SIDEWALK CORNER OF A BUSY INTERSECTION!!!!


Turns out this fsckhead stole my keys, which I had left in the room the night before, packed a bag with (get this) a coat, his Curious George stuffed animal (don't ask...I didn't understand either), and some vitamins. He had every intention of driving my car to Mexico, completely wasted. Mind you, we're in Louisiana. Also, he doesn't know how to drive stick, so he probably either drove it almost a mile in first gear, or ground every gear while shifting. I was livid. I took my keys, drove to the housing office, and filed a complaint. He was relocated (I wanted him thrown out of school, but that didn't happen) to another dorm. I heard that sophomore year he became a real cokehead and fell off the face of the planet. Oh well.

LOL...HenHow..It must be a trend or something because 1-3 happeneds all the time in our bathroom at San Jose State. Also I had a roomate that would probably only wash his socks every 2 weeks. Since he was on the top bunk imagine my horror when he climbed up to his bunk when I was sleeping. Oh my..



Also...There was this guy on our floor. He was pretty poor. We will call him &quot;J&quot; Anyhow me and &quot;J&quot;'s roomate went out to eat at Denny's. Since &quot;J&quot; was poor we couldn't go along. When me and &quot;J&quot;'s roomate came back...we felt kind of sorry for &quot;J&quot; and asked him if he'd eaten yet. &quot;J&quot; told us he was just about to heat some stuff up to eat. So we see &quot;J&quot; go find a bowl and fill it up with water. I assume &quot;J&quot; was going to heat up Top Ramen...but nope. HE JUST STICKS THE BOWL OF WATER IN THE MICROWAVE. He heats it up for 1 minute and proceeds to drink the water.

Just to be a smart ass I asked &quot;J&quot; if he was just drinking water for dinner why did he heat it up. &quot;J&quot; said, &quot;Cuz it feels more like a hot meal.&quot; Oh my...

I have met people 6 or 7 years younger than me who have heard of &quot;Mr. Chunks&quot; at Lafayette College.

I was up there visiting a friend and we went to the D.U. fraternity house after drinking at DKE for a few hours. We then hung out passing around a glass tube for a few hours...

Anyway, I passed out and the woke up in the middle of the night with an urge to take a dump. Then I passed out on the toilet with my pants down. At some point I threw up the chunks of hotdogs and pizza I had eaten for dinner. his was a major spray all over the floor and stall. I then returned to my friends room and passed out again until morning.

I awoke to find a brother &quot;mopping&quot; the chunks to the center of the room to await the maid on Monday morning. Someone had written in big letters in the stall, &quot;Mr. Chunks was here!!.

So I guess that makes me one of those nightmare people...

Those were the days...
