College football season is almost here

I finally got through the waiting list, and am getting UGA season tickets this year! (Apparently a lot of fair-weather fans were disappointed after last season, so lucky me.)

I'm looking forward to the Ok St, SC (gamecocks), and Auburn games.
Probably will go to the Ole Miss and Kentucky games if I'm around.
I think I'll skip the Western Carolina and Troy games.

All the home Iowa games are already largely sold out to season ticket holders.

We're going to try and make it up to the Iowa/Wisconsin game in November.

i still got my student id to the student section for clemson games, won't be there for labor day (bye bye FSU) but hope to be there for some others.

My new job is 9+ hours from Clemson so I don't think I'll be making it for any games this year. Maybe next year when I've got a little more time to plan. I'll be either watching on TV or listening to the web broadcast of the local Clemson sports radio station for every game. I don't miss Clemson games for anything.

You are right. Still used to calling the championship game played in the Dome around New Year the Sugar Bowl.

I will amend my original statement.

All of the LSU home games including the championship game that they will win played in the Super Dome (or Superdoom to the locals).

Going to make at least one trip to Aggieland, to see TAMU btho Oklahoma State, undecided about going on the weekend to A&M to see a lousy game and hang out with friends or staying to see GT vs. BC

Nope. I didn't get 'em - they went on sale the week between my graduation and my acceptance to graduate school - so at that time I wasn't a student and therefore not eligible. You can imagine my dismay, especially with the new rule on selling tickets online. So much money I need that I won't have.

Did my undergrad at Michigan & working on a PhD at Wisconsin, so I am a fan of those teams. Have tickets to a number of Wisconsin games & the U of M/OSU game. Will be getting tickets to the Rose Bowl & National Championship game, since Michigan will be playing in the latter & Wisconsin will be playing in the former. You heard it here first.

Top three home games: FSU, Miami, BC. Can't afford a trip to LSU But that will be the most important NCAA game in the 2nd week, hopefully we be able to go 2-0!

I was at GT for the Hokies incredible comeback two years ago!!! I couldn't believe how fickle the fans were....Oh were winning, I'm going to leave in the 3rd Q......trying to get back this year.
