Give her a long piggy-back ride... That shows devotion.

We have a winner. If she thinks this is BS and demands a car ride (or isn't happy about having to walk 20 minutes) then she is probably too concerned with material things.Originally posted by: minendo
Depending on the conditions outside I would ask her to walk with me. In twenty minutes of walking, you can strike up a good conversation and really get to know her.

BTW, on a somewhat related note, I'm going to Cornell next year and the walk from the freshman dorms on north campus to the engineering quad is like 15-20 minutes...haha, doh!

asking for a friend...
So theres this girl that i want to ask out to go out for coffee/lunch/whatever, and the nearest place is a good 20 minutes walk away, and i have no car (doh)
is it generally acceptable to just walk there, or do i have to borrow a friends car, or just meet her there or something?

WALK! it doesn't seem that far (i've only driven through to pick up the bro)
Heh, maybe I'm wrong. That's just what I was told by some people...I didn't exactly clock myself when I was visiting.Originally posted by: Hubris

Pfft. Only if you walk like an old woman. Took me a little less than 10 last year.

If she has a skirt on that shows nothing but her panties. I do not suggest this course of action.
