i'm sorry but i think it's a bit unrealistic to beat the sh!t out of him then turn him over to the cops... because what you would have just did is called "assault". best thing to do is put a giant sign of shame next to him so that everybody can get a good look at him before the cops get there.

Are you sure it was X or GHB? There is a major difference. 9/10 times a girl on X isn't gonna get so messed up that she doesn't know what is going on. That's for sure. GHB on the other hand, is known as the date rape drug.

Still not a good idea to be dropping any illegal substances in girl's drinks. They should have called the cops and have one less drug dealer user/dealer roam free.

Here's something realistic that you could do. Find out who he is, throw him out of the party, then report his ass to the cops. Not only do you not get charged with assault, if he ever does anything like that ever again, he will have a history of doing it (even if he doesn't get in trouble this time, the report is still there). That's assuming he doesn't try to take what he's doing any farther. If he does, I think you could reasonably get away with beating his ass to prevent a rape.

Remember, ATOT mockers, not all of us are scrawny or fat. And nothing pisses me off more than a guy hurting a woman. When it comes right down to it, sometimes you've got to do what you've got to do, regardless of how much trouble you might get in later.

I know. It's just a fact of life that that sh!t happens. There are two types of guys that date-rape: thugs and (certain) frat boys. Both usually don't care too much about legal penalties and have a lot of like-minded people to back them up.

The proprietor of the establishment is not responsible for what goes on there. Maybe in the eyes of a judge, yet, but not in the eyes of the people who go to the party. There is no way he could watch every single person at all times.

You really have no clue how the party/drug scene works, do you? I mean, you are totally, 100% oblivious to how the whole underground scene functions. That is all I am going to say. Your original post led me to believe this, and now this post really clinches it.

I'm not saying that it is a bad thing. It's not necessarily a good scene to be involved with. But 'real world'' principles and ethics don't apply at all. And drug makers (and to a lesser extent, drug dealers) are a whole lot smarter than you make them out to be.

It's not like in the movies at all. Most drug dealers never, ever get caught unless they get very greedy. The people who run the meth labs are smart enough to operate something like that under the nose of the DEA, FBI, and local police. There are more meth labs in this country than you can ever imagine, and more people sell weed than you can possibly fathom. It's a dark scene to be familiar with....but don't be so quick to assume that they are all high school dropouts.
