Gotta say, this registers as a "meh", on my scale of giving a shit about the crime. Facing life seems pretty over the top.
That's a rather chilling statement.

Are you serious? Are you really that ignorant?
society partially raises your kids.
I don't classify someone in college as a baby...

Probably serious, he's completely correct. There is basically zero moral distinction between an abortion that late and killing a born baby and yet there are groups who champion the former.
How is it chilling? Kill the kid at 5 months, Good for you! Kill the kid at 9 months, BURN THE WITCH!That's a rather chilling statement.
This happened over a year ago. She was sentenced to life in prison yesterday.

aggravated murder - No. It was an abortion.
abuse of a corpse - Reasonable; safety and health risk.
two counts of tampering with evidence - Not sure based on what I read.
Giving birth, then putting the newborn in a plastic bag and throwing it in the trash is just an abortion to you? Holy Christ.
Six hours earlier and its legal abortion, that makes so little sense.
Here is why she got life:
"Unaffected, Judge Fleegle said he wasnt sure she was truly sorry. "In those four paragraphs, you mention I 15 times," he said. Once again, its all about you. He cited the multiple times she tried to kill the baby by taking alcohol, drugs, and 80 labor-inducing black cohosh pills in the 16 days leading up to the birth. Her text to the assumed father, in which she claimed the baby was "taken care of," was "probably the most truthful statement you made that day," Judge Fleegle said. "It was an inconvenience, and you took care of it." He sentenced her to life in prison without parole. Weaver plans to appeal the conviction."
She's just a cold blooded killer.
You guys have a pretty fucking low bar of standards for raising an individual. Instilling value in LIFE isn't a very hard thing to accomplish.
Working on 3 at the moment. I didn't say every murderer had crappy parents. But if you lined up every murderer, chances are more often than not they had shit parents. Ones that do something like this, I'd almost guarantee it.How many have you raised? If you think every murderer had crappy parents you lack an understanding of humans.

You have any other words of wisdom to impart other than will there was this ONE guy that had good parents and still killed people thus most murders must have had good ones? What is the point you are even trying to make?

Sorry common sense doesn't fit with your logic.I thought the point was clear: your broad assertions are dumb.
The professed mother of Emile Weaver, the ex-Muskingum University student who is awaiting trial for last year's death of her newborn daughter, started a crowdfunding campaign to pay for her daughter's defense attorney.
Weaver was indicted last summer on aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and two counts of tampering with evidence.
On a Fundrazr.com page, Sandy Potts introduced herself as Weaver's mother and stated that Weaver has been charged with a crime she didn't commit and needs several thousand dollars to fund her legal defense after Weaver fired her lawyer.
"If you know Emile you know that she is not rich, She went to a school on Scholarships and grants and she is not a spoiled brat," Potts wrote. "If you know Emile you know these charges are outragious (sic)."
Potts also stated that her entire savings and a loan went to paying Weaver's first lawyer, and she doesn't have enough to pay the new lawyer.
"It is one thing to know that you have seriously messed up and she should have handled things differently but she will not pleed (sic) to something she did not do which is any murder charge," she wrote. "If you know Emile she is the most loving, kindest, caring and goofy person you will ever meet. It breaks her heart everyday knowing she lost a daughter."
The campaign, which started this week, was paused after collecting $165 in contributions out of an $8,000 goal.
A phone number for Potts could not be found. The TR messaged Potts through Facebook and she has yet to respond.
Weaver is suspected of giving birth to the girl at her sorority house in April before disposing of the newborn. Authorities were called after 9 p.m. to a university-owned Delta Gamma Theta sorority on 125 Lakeside Drive after a witness located the child's body in a plastic bag in a trash can.
The preliminary autopsy released by the Muskingum County coroner days later determined the female child was born alive and later died of asphyxiation.
Few of the fundraiser's online comments were supportive, while some said Weaver deserves to be punished for what she's allegedly done, and some called for the page to be shut down.
"The Safe Haven Laws were created to prevent things like this, everyone is aware of these laws," user Nikki King stated. "She could have even just left the baby in any public place if she was afraid or didn't know what to do."

I can't be the only one who finds that ridiculous.
Dont worry, when Orwells prophecy comes true you wont be able to make a baby without government controlled doctors and test tubes, then all of this will be a non-issue.
:awe:
Enjoying all the nookie and/or penor that one can handle without the unfortunate side effect of babies sounds fantastic!
