wow, it's amazing when people dont have crap to say, they always comb over everyone elses comments for any type of grammatical or spelling errors. and say look, you dont put capitals in your sentences, you must not know what you're talking about!

anyway, as i stated in another thread, the evidence looked pretty convincing, but i dont believe they're telling us the whole story. they most likely know where a lot of these trucks and equipment were moved to but are already preparing for war (highly unlikely that they "lost track" of these things as powell stated). so this whole stuff with bush saying 'war as a last resort' is total b.s.

wouldnt it be much easier if the u.s. exposed where all these equipments and "mobile labs" are located so that saddam could finally be exposed without a doubt, and everyone would be behind them? but the u.s. isn't after that, it's after the oil, which can only be controlled once they have occupied the country.

it's not just what they're showing you... it's what they're not showing you.

When someone is going around calling people "dum asses" and spells the word dumb as "dum" several times, which pretty much precludes it being just a typo, I'm going to call them on it. Just a little question... have you ever questioned Dubya's intelligence based on the way he talks or quotes from his speeches?

Saddam already has an effective long-range weapon, and he's using it. It's called Alqueada. Time to finish the job we started in Afghanistan.

Now there's a statement i definently will not buy unless someone provides any kind of evidence....

It would surprise me very much if there is a link between Saddam and AQ...

Well the proof was given, and it was pretty damning. Of course I realize some of it was exaggerated, if even just a few things turn out to be true- I say we have no choice but to remove Saddam and his regime.

While my mind has not and will not change, I am happy to see that you took into consideration the bias factor.

man, this is the internet, we're not writing college finals every time we post. maybe he's just lazy and doesn't care about putting that last "b". i'd be more concerned with his intelligence if he spelled it "doomb" or something like that, everyone knows what he's saying.
just like how we use "..." to indicate a pause. i know very educated people that still have problems knowing when to use "their", "there", and "they're". and yes, i do question bush's intelligence because it's normal to gaff every once in a while, but not every time you're uttering a sentence.

after this I wont object to a war, but I wont support it

Even if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.

what?

I look at this like I do abortion. There is no such thing as Pro Choice. If you are not Pro Life, then you are Pro Abortion.
then the world is truly black and white to you

Then we will agree to disagree. Just want to remind you, though, just because Pontius Pilot washed his hands, didn't mean he was blameless.

Perhaps Bush is Cesar's English teacher.

Cesar, I understand what you mean when you wish Americans could have a direct experience of war and I fully agree that part of the reason that Americans are rather gung ho on war is because it hasn't been visited on them at home for a long time. I also synpathize with the feeling of regret that Americans don't have such an organic break on their thinking, but to express it as a wish that they die to pay for that ignorance, while karmicly logical, is not something to be wished for. We don't want peoples loved ones blown to pieces in front of their eyes to be the road to peace. It will, of course, only create more appetite for revenge and violence.

Powell said the Iraqi authorities had conducted experiments on people, with one source reporting that 1,600 convicted prisoners had been transferred to special units where such experiments were carried out. Autopsies were later conducted to check the results, he said.

I think alot of americans are gun ho is because of 9/11! They want to put away with terrorist and alot of people see Saddam as a terrorist or with the same mind set!

Before 9/11, I think Bush will get less support for the war.

Some of us have, I was born in Bosnia and moved to the US. And I support with war. With or without the worthless UN.

Do you not understand the term "mobile"? Maybe we could tell people where they are now, but they are MOBILE and can be moved. Is it really a hard concept to grasp?

So you're saying that no amount of evidence will change your mind?

If we found video of Saddam himself physically moving a chemical warhead to avoid inspectors, would you still be against a war?

That is exactly what has been bothering me...

Who is more trustworthy here...

It would just listed as fabricated evidence. Some people will not convinced by anything.

It has never been a matter of conviction, it has always been a matter of justification.
