Colonic irrigation

I was suggested to try colonic irrigation from a health nut and want some input.

Recently I have no appetite and feel full all the time... so I might try this, though it is kinda freaky to me.

Anyone have any factual input on their experiences.




And yes, I expect some trolls because the anus is involved.. :/

The thing the OP is talking about i believe is those health drinks you buy, and you ONLY drink those - and it gives you massive...exit of stuffs... for like 3 days... ive talked to some who says its awesome. Elliot in the morning was asking people about it (DC101 talk show host in NoVA) and lots of people said it was great...

Its supposed to get rid of all the bad stuff in ya..

Apparently to be 'regular' you're supposed to have a BM at least once, if not twice a day. Personally, i dont know if i WANT to be spending my time doing that 3 times a day...

It basically showed all kinds of clogged up crap coming out that had been stuck in there.

Well, a local radio show did a special on this sorta thing last year, and apparently a lot of people swore by it. But there was no up-your-rear involved. I think it was some sort of pill or something that just made you crap out everything that piles up in your intestines and stuff. People who tried it said that they got scared after the first BM because there was enough to clog toilets and it was BLACK but some of these peeps lost like 5 pounds by crapping all that junk out! Still really weird if you ask me.

I might try it, setup an appointment at 3pm for one session @ $75. If I go through with it, I'll tell you all how I feel and if it worked.

Hmmm... do you know what the product was that they took. I would like to try that first instead of back door intrusional therapies.

My dad went through some type of "liver cleansing" process.

Basically you eat a bunch of leafy green vegetables at first, then drink some water with epsom salt mixed in, and then take some L-Arginine pills (an amino acid) and it supposedly cleans a lot of the toxins from your liver. My dad said that on the 2nd or third day he was crapping out little black droplet things which were supposedly the crap stuck in his liver. After a while they started to turn white. The entire process is like 3-5 days long.

With all due respect, that's utter crap. Stuff moves through your intestines linearly, and it can't just get 'stuck' and stay there until someone hoses out your ass.

Just don't plan on going more than 10 feet from the bathroom though... The first few days you will go AT LEAST every hour on the hour, and it will be URGENT!!! So, take friday off and start on thursday night, may want to take monday off too... I started with 8 pills the first day, and just continued on with that.. only needed 4 days of it to get everything out. It's crazy how much crap "sticks" to the walls of your intestines.

A lot of people don't realize how important their digestive tract is with regards to their overall health. A healthy tract helps you fend off a ton of diseases and even the more minor stuff like the flu.

It's true man... type colon cleansing in google and look at some of those nasty images. That's what people get when they have bad diets like me. And it is about time I flushed it out.

I think there are 3 day things too - i can't take a week off work just to crap...

I mean my bathroom at work is just down the hall - but hell - Spending a workday, and then all weekend 10 minutes from a toilet? How can you seriously do that?

Thanks, I'll see if the local GNC has this stuff... I don't feel like waiting for an order, I feel like crap (pun intented) and want to solve this now.

Your intestines would not work if stuff was 'stuck' to them, since you couldn't absorb any food
