I have not had a problem with their customer service. Every email I have sent has been answered in less than 24 hours. I did have a problem with my order, but they fixed it. Overall a good experience. And the candles are cool!

I bought a Frosted Glass Blue, that kicks butt. Easily the best candle I ever bought... I also bought the red "cube" with hearts, but there is NO color changing at ALL! VERY dissappointed with this candle. Not sure what the problem is. I REALLY like the the blue candle, and the tech really works, but the heart candle was a bust. All of the candles are made pretty much the same way, regardless of shape, etc. Sometimes you have to light the candle and give it a second for the fiber optic to sense/detect the light. The fiber optic runs the length of the wick but starts slightly below the top layer of wax. If this makes sense.
Sounds like LunaMan has been pretty good about responding to emails on every subject. Have you done that?

i got three and was very happy with 2, however the box had been dropped on the heart shaped one and caved one of the top corners. it works ok, just far less impressive. i wish i had checked it more closely before giving it to someone.
the blue frosted glass is awesome.

thanks for the emails and the phone calls. We do appreciate all your feedback. As for the Heart square candle not working, simply call or email us and we will find out why it isn't working and take care of it.

Like a post earlier, we try to respond to all the emails within less than 12-24 hours.

questions, comments, chit chat just give us a call/email.

We are redesigning the site and we'll have some suprises soon. I'll keep you posted.

I bought a box-shaped heart one too, and mine didn't light up at all either. I had to light one of the small pillars to see what I was supposed to be seeing. However, I remember reading that one of my candles was a "scented" candle -- and it did have quite the fragrance to it. Also, the wax seemed a little different and maybe too opaque for the light sensor. Just a guess.

one thing I really didn't like was the very cheap looking boxes. honestly, it would have been better just packaged without a box.. I gave it to her wrapped just the candle...

My wife really liked them. She doesn't usually go for that geeky kind of stuff but liked it none the less. I got one of the heart candles. I was originally going to go for the red one. After reading a post earlier in the thread saying the light doesn't show up on the dark wax I went for a white one. All three work perfectly. One of my boxes was crushed on the corner but candle worked great.

Definately a satisfied customer here.

I would, but it was given away already (hehe). She still likes the smell of it, so no biggie. Still a great product and I will definitely buy more in the future.

i do agree that the box designs aren't the best but we had to start somewhere. The new boxes for the new line is 10x better.

The new products are v2 if you will and have much better packaging.
