The candles found in the wholesaler section, those are candles that we can manufacture and they are meant for high volume orders. 5000 units+. We don't hold everything in inventory since that would be way too many candles.
The candles in the eCommerce section are the ones being sold in stores as well.
By the end of this week, we should have a bunch of new models added to the eCommerce section.

we us AVS (address verification system) with Authorize.net to make sure the address matches the credit card. That is the only way it will decline your card, unless the funds aren't there.
The AVS checks the Zip Code that the card was issued for. Is the billing address for your luna account the same one that was used when you got your Crddit Card ?
