Gang..something i got from FW .. thought it maybe helpful to guys who has not seen a charge yet and not sure if the orders are lost of its is OOS or plain and simple worried like me.

About the delay in charges appearing, i think it has to do with lost orders. out of stock does not make sense cos if thats the case they never take the order in the first place. eg: try ordering a dvd like MIB LE, they tell you its OOS.

I think they lost the order but the frusturating part is that you can't order it agin 'cos you never know if they'll eventually ship the old order making a complete duplicate collection. Oh well, you could always return it back but that's a hassle esp. since the holiday season is around the corner and mails could be delayed/lost.

I ordered on 10/25. On 10/31 I was only charged for 1 order. I haven't recieved any DVD's yet, though. Getting impatient...

maladriot..i finally got through a CSR who told me to wait for maybe 3-4 days before re-ordering it..i just dont wanna wait too long cos you never know when CH will start thiking and pull this promotion out of their system. so if my old order comes through..i will just return it as pser their 10 day guarentee policy ! how's that ?

I had a question for the "horror movie" fans.

CH has an EVil Dead version which is not the Book of Dead Limited Edition (with the cool rubber case). That goes for > 40$ with THX, Dolby and Widescreen and this older version is about 14$.

Anyway, I dont care for the cover or features..but I want to know is if the old version is full screen or widescreen version. Just dont want to see 2 black bars on the sides of my TV while watching Evil Dead !

Can anyone pls confirm ?

I had two orders one on 10/25 and one on 10/29. I just received the one from 10/29, called CH told me to wait 6 weeks even though the other one was ordered before. :disgust:

yeah..looks like CH will NOT ship (or maybe better said - "lose") orders made too close to each other !

the worst part is you never know if they'll ship it like a month later..so you cant re-oredr either.

worst case scenario - you can return the orders back..but i wonder who pays the shipping for that.

From Membership Agreement:
"You may return an unopened package at our expense for full credit...If you return a selection for reasons other than faulty shipment or defective product, you must return it at your expense."

So, the whole package has to be unopened, if you don't want to pay for return shipping.

Hmm, still haven't received either of my orders.I think the first one was placed on the 22nd. The first one was charged, but the second was not charged to my CC yet.

hi muse. heard they use bulk mail. i'm not sure though. i'm also in berkeley and awaiting my orders. charged for one, waiting to be charged on a second ... if that ever comes.

i received my 2nd order yesterday, it was charged the 28th, i'm in albany ny in case that matters, cancelling today or tomorrow and opening account #4 !!!

Phone orders are sent via Media Mail and orders placed over the web are sent via Priority Mail.

Udonoogen, Looks like we are in the same boat here. In Berkeley, one charged, one not, awaiting both. My 1st was charged Monday the 4th, so I'm hoping it will come this week, but I suppose it won't if it's bulk mail. I'll keep an eye open for my mailman. Thanks.

Placed an order on 10/28, then another order on 10/30. First order hit the CC on 11/1 and received via Media Mail today, 11/7, about a 10 day turnaround. The second order (10/30) has not shown up on my CC.

When I called to cancel the account (10/28 order), the CSR asked if I wanted to re-join using the same offer (xb6d). Of course, I accepted - saves a phone call. I then asked about the order placed on 10/30 - they had no record of this order. If you have missing/delinquent orders, you may want to call customer service @ 800-227-9661, instead of playing the guessing game.

FYI, Blade II is now available as an enrollment title.
