YES, and separate the TROLL Stickies!

As a few wise men mentioned, seperating the troll stickies only defeats the reason for them. You want their info prominantly displayed so everyone knows who they are and not to buy from them. Plus it keeps their info front and center in case there are any other victims that have yet to come forward.

ill just add about those stickies if you increase your threads per page to say 50 or 100 they really because a non issue, i use 100

I use 100 as well and they don't bother me, plus it keeps them front and center as i'm sure most people rarely would look into a troll thread until something happened.

Well that's your opinion..

But you can't deny that the page looks like crap. No professionalism at all.

But you and the other mods like it that way so we got to accept it.

Conrad it doesn't look that great but it helps keep traders aware of current trollings.
If you let them dogs hide you will get bit..

I prefer them the way they are. It's would be pretty disorganized with the addition of the WTB threads on top of the trolls.
What about people who list as much as or more WTB stuff than they are selling in their FS thread? Is there an answer for that?

yes because was fine the way it was before. there isn't massive traffic in FS/T for a need to do this.

It will go back to the way it was. You can have a couple of active threads with all your WTB or FS/T in one thread or the other. You will not be allowed to list WTB and FS/T seperately. Well, that is my take on it any way.

If we were to go this route of recombining the forums, I would merge all the threads from WTB into FS/FT so no threads would be lost.

Keep them separate, so you can go to one forum for one purpose. Want to sell something? Check the WTB forum (if not making a FS/FT thread). Want to buy something? Check the FS/FT forum.

The more divisions the better, unless the overall board is not very active. But, the boards are very active, so it's not an issue. I would even favor breaking down the FS/FT into categories like OCForums does - CPUs, video cards, RAM, storage, etc.

I voted no as well, The way things are setup currently is far better than it had been in the past. I do agree that there should be a separate forum for Trolls, tricks , and scammers (oh my!).

I like being able to search very specifically for either people selling/trading or people wanting to sell/trade. I just wish the search features worked some what better when trying to narrow down a specific search criteria.

Thanks for "listening" to the community...

No way. Having the FS separated from WTB makes it ALOT easier for me to browse on the forums. If I needed to buy anything, I can just look at all of FS threads without WTB thread bothering me, and visa versa.

wtb section is pretty dead.. only about 2 pages stay bumped.. but thats fine.. i want to know if its against any rules to post your wtb/trade for in your fs thread? or do you have to make a link?

You can have wanted items in your FS thread but if it turned into an obvious wanted thread, it will be locked or moved to WTB.

I know we have users that try to sidestep the rules and they will be caught sooner or later.

I keep seeing people say they don't frequent the WTB section to much so should those votes even count as they would not notice either way?

Yes, they should be the same. You get far more views on each topic then. Many times I just happen across something someone has or wants that I realize I can help with. That doesn't happen with separate forums. The WTB forums gets far less views which screws over people who want to buy stuff now.

much better seperated...

I hate searching for an item and seeing both FS and WTB ads for the same item...I do not care to sort through WTB threads if I'm looking for a seller and vice versa...

I want to be able to go to a section and know that every item in that section is EITHER for sale or is wanted...

Agreed, like Lamb & Tuna Fish

Actually yes they should be together, being separate sucks.
