While we are at this, please move the Freebie thread back to WTB/FS. It has like zero traffic since it was put in the Free Stuff forum.

Although the separated sections seem more organized, it seems that many of the WTB threads (and the Freebies thread for that matter) get little to no traffic in the current setup. Plus, I just recycled an old WTB thread and it is now (accidentally) in the FS/FT section .

I vote yes, because people are essentially doing it already. Many FS threads I see have a note on the bottom where a person says what he would trade for or buy. Some include a link to their buy/trade thread. IMO, this is not even an issue for debate. It should just be done, and that's the end of it.

Yes, yes, yes, yes and YES!

The WTB forum lacks the exposure of the FS/FT forum. Each time I post in the WTB forum each request is ignored. I vote yes ... 5 times.

The purpose of the troll threads is to highlight trouble users and put pressure on them to make good on their deals. If we hide their names in a sub forum, MOST users would rarely bother to check in there until it was too late.

With the multiple troll threads currently active, I would hope users take EXTRA precautions to avoid this from happening repeatedly. Judging by the growing trend, it seems this isn't so. Now ask yourselves, Do we really want to hide the problem users to make trolling easier? Is it really THAT big of a deal to scroll down 10 extra threads?

Heck, we can't get most users to read the simple page of FS/FT rules let alone spend all of our time hunting trolls.

the WTB needs to be in the FS/FT simply because most ppl selling stuff is to lazy to go in the WTB to hunt for ppl to buy their stuff. Since the forum change I've only looked a couple times. I think most the ppl that voted no mostly sell and don't buy.

I vote no, it's too cluttered in FS as it is.

This is a great idea. I vote NO, NO, NO keep them separated.

Nay.

FS thread is already too much cluttered. I even thought of an unified self-updating thread that lists all of same or similar items to simplify the forum

Or, more practical solution would be to separate the FS forum to even more sub-forums. Like another poster said. Forum for Tips/Troll/and Applaud subforum.

Can I change my vote to No? I found out that if you are trying to sell something, it is sooo convenient to do a search in the WTB thread.
I really like it being seperate, keep it!
