This. I had to call and chat for an HOUR to get a new account set up. Luckily I'm not under contract right now...thinking about jumping back over to ATT :'( they seem to be the lesser of the two evils.

Don't all Comcast ISP customers have e-mail accounts? It's your username @ comcast.net.

Your mail password is the password to log into your account. Your comcast mail is literally your usernam@comcast.com or whatever.
