<< Well, if you're going to power cycle it, make sure you do it for something like 3 minutes. All you gotta do is disconnect the power from the wall socket.
As far as not displaying pictures, that's a software issue. First of all, make sure that IE is set to display images (via Tools > Options > Advanced tab and find the check box for it in the list).
If that doesn't work, try repairing Internet Explorer.

I tried the ping and it seemed to be fine (< 100; no packets lost), so I didn't reset it.
I checked everything in the IE Adv. Options again and everything unchecked appears to be very unrelated to images or acceptance from other sites.
To explain my problem a bit better, I'll use this AT page for an example. I get all the graphics except the banner at the top of the page. I get the mushkin ad, but not the long horizontal banner to the left of it or at the bottom of the page. If I visit someone like espn.com, I'll get all the espn graphics and so forth, but if there is a banner pulling from an external source, I get the "Page cannot be displayed." error. It's strange. I upgraded from IE 5.5 to 6.0 and it made no difference.
I'm guessing it might be the TCP/IP, but it seems to work otherwise. Would you suggest re-installing TCP/IP or trying something else first? Also, I'm running ME right now (which could be the problem itself). I thought it was 98SE but that must have been a different machine.
Thanks for all the help.
