When I signed up again recently, I was promised that deal. But when I got the bill, it was full price. I called them and bitched that I was promised the deal and they basically called me a liar and refused to honor the deal. :Q Fvck, that's the REASON that I signed up now instead of in a few months when I'll be better off monetarily. :|

So did I possibly already have the speed increase in the first test in Dec? If the Cookeville server is that bad, especially considering it's much closer to me, what good is it for speed tests? It shouldn't be in the dslreports list.
