Come critique my website

Been a few years in planning, but the past few weeks I have actually set things up. Billing side/technical support side everything is done...just working on building up a website.

What do you think of it? I think I am missing a logo, maybe a few things to stand out more? Seems a bit bland a few co workers said, which I can see now. I just want tos tay away from flashy.

It's kind of a template right now, until I can tweak it enough.

PS : Anyone interested in web hosting, I love giving out quotes and giving good deals to ATOT members .

I was thinking of tweaking a few minor things, but the general lay out is better for my homepage now? I want to incorporate an image in there somehow...maybe make a logo as well.

Xanis on here has offered to create me a neato design, what do you guys think of this one??

The rollover links at the top should have a different color on the rollover, the orange on orange is hard to read.

The panel on the right should be consolidated, as in Testimonials should be brought up to the bottom of "Our Goal" and fix your SSL link at the bottom right.

It is kind of bland (AKA gray), I don't think it needs a full overhaul. Just go into the CSS and play with some different colors. Come up with a good color scheme that's appealing to the eyes. I'm more partial to Dark / Light blues and some Cyan, but that's just me.

There are some text errors. Like on the home page under ultimate package, you have 5,00 MB.... I'd like to see a more exciting color scheme, too. I may hit you up for a quote, I may start a home page to chronicle my athletic career (lol)

This may not be very helpful, but to me, this doesn't look like a real site. Like if I typed in a URL wrong and saw this page, I would figure it was full of spam links or that it's a default server page.

like I said a template, not really production yet...have to go through and check spelling...I just made some stuff up quick!

I agree effowe, maybe I'll look into those colors, see how they fit without having to revamp the whole thing.

I really like the dark gray/light blue color scheme also. Maybe a hint of yellow? Throw in a simple logo and it will look great. Sleek and not too busy is the key.

Needs to scream out "POWERFUL!!!". It's almost too clean.

I like the http://www.hostedsolutions.com/ site (but with maybe a little less movement), but the color scheme and logo's have a ballsy look, but still professional.

When I clicked on your link, I assume that the URL was wrong because it looks like one of those domain purchasing sites.

It needs some graphics and/or logos.

The problem is your template looks to much like a parked domain. The stock 3-d box images and muted colors and overall layout doesn't make me think you're legit. I would just scratch the template entirely. You are better off having something engaging, but maybe with less information.

thanks all, I will probably scap the whole thing and try something different. Something a bit ... bigger maybe.

I am no good at making images/photoshopping things together...all I can really do is HTML/XHTML and CSS stuff ^_^.

-on your info page I have to scroll down the entire screen 3 TIMES on a decent-sized LCD monitor to check out the features - try using javascript to condense the feature sets into an exapndable menu etc if you really want to put all of that in there.
