I only looked at your site for a min and i gotta ask, what are you planning on for your main source of income? sales, service or sales and service? based on what your income is going to be, you should tweak your main page to attract your customers. everything is their, but i had to spend a few secs looking for what i wanted!!
you should MOVE or consider placing your weekly specials up to the top and near your online store!! it should be visible for your customers or are you hiding your deals on purpose?
your logo, its cool, but i can see the ease it took to create it, a copied/flipped image of the same case on both sides. conside another image for another side.... maybe 2 different cases, or make the cases pics of actual pc's you've built (im not sure if you built that particular case or assembled that pc).
and somewhere on your main page you should have your copyright, rights reserved notice, or your registered trade name displayed.
example: anandtech hase this on their main page ::::
