Looking at the answer key, I can't tell what I got wrong in the Expert section. Oh well... I was scrolling with the arrow keys so it may be that I got nothing wrong and simply started pressing it before clicking away from the radio buttons (I was getting impatient by that point).

BTW, I really skimmed the answer key but something still caught my eye: "suject"

Finally, an honest answer.

My answer was honest.

I could have majored in English easily.

I constantly find errors in newspapers and magazines, etc. I could have easily been an editor.

I may not be able to diagram complex sentences any longer, but common spelling and word usage is trivial.

I mean seriously. There, their and they're? Who COULDN'T tell these apart? But then I see posts with them horridly wrong all the time, so I guess our system of education is failing the younger generation. At least I went to a school that gave a damn about the kids and had parents who wouldn't let me screw around.

Those were the beginner questions. I did perfect in all but expert scoring a 73%.

I am thinking you took this a few times like those that take the same IQ test online over and over thinking it's showing their intellect has increased.

Saying the test was akin to grammar school shows either you are being sarcastic or simply have no grasp on reality.

Not picking on you, but it's "If I were writing a thesis...". I pointed this out only because they should have had this type of question on the exam. A lot of people seem to get that wrong.

it's tricky and I am almost positive based on other posts I have seen from those that scored highly above, were not taken solo or repeated until they succeeded.
