So i asked about the AMD pinout thing, and i think thats gonna be ok. But besides that my comp wont POWER on? I went through 2 motherboards already. Im using Neo4 Platinums. I connect PSU, and fans, HD, GPU, and the case wires right where the manual says too (i tried them backwards too just to be sure) and when I hit power nothing happens, no fans, no PSU, no nothing.

Yes most def. Im asking my friends, they said to try the power switch...BUt i put all the parts except the mobo into another case and it all worked. PSU, HD, Fans. But i have not tried the mobo, or the processor for the main reason being AMD and intel mobos, but maybe its my case connectors?

Dantes7, check your mobo manual and look at page 2-10.See if the ATX 12V connector is plugged.

The comp just doesnt not turn on. The LED did flash so power is traveling through the motherboard. However the parts are not sustaining power, and no components are running. Is there something outside of the hardware that could be wrong. I have put the hardware in another computer and everything besides the motherboard (which is brand new) worked.

Is it OK to use a single stick of RAM on that mobo? Perhaps it requires the stick to be in a certain socket. Make sure to read the section in your mobo manual on RAM installation carefully. It may have overheated or thought that the CPU fan had failed. In that case, it may require that you clear the CMOS before it will run - follow the directions for clearing the CMOS in your mobo manual to the letter! Usually that requires your system to be disconnected from the wall.
. For at least the first boot up, make sure you have a known-good fan with a functioning speed sensor wire on the specifically marked CPU FAN connector. Sometimes if the fan you connect to the CPU FAN connector is too low rpms, it won't be detected and the protection will kick in anyway. So on at least the first boot, have a fan that runs at or above 2400 rpm connected to the CPU FAN connector. Once you have achieved your first boot, you can disable the protection if you want.
. Also be sure the HSF is mounted properly to the CPU. Overheating can also cause the CPU protection feature of some mobos to kick in and again the CMOS will need to be cleared.

And here is my boilerplate on the subject:

Boilerplate-01:
. Common causes of failure to boot (no video, no beeps) assuming PSU isn't totally dead:
1- RAM, CPU and/or AGP video card not seated properly, a bent pin or corrosion.
2- Drive data cable on upside down or only on half the pins or shifted a pin or two (usually Floppy or Zip drives).
3- CMOS needs to be cleared (AC power must usually be disconnected or . attempts to clear CMOS may fail) Unless your mobo does not use a power-off CMOS clear - check your mobo manual for specific info.
4- On some new mobos there is a CPU protection feature (esp. on Asus/Asrock Athlon/Socket A mobos) that will not allow the system to start if there is no fan (or a fan without a working speed sensor wire) connected to the fan power connector on the mobo (specifically marked "CPU Fan"). If you tried to start your machine without a proper fan properly connected, you have to attach a proper and working fan and clear the CMOS before it will boot.
