I thought all Compact Flash were the same. I guess not...
Surprised how poorly the SanDisk did. Aren't they one of the inventors of compact flash memory? Also, the Microdrive fared VERY well and it can store 1GB of images!
yes, sandisk is the cf inventor,
but inventor does not need to make high speed cf,
sandisk is the major oem for dc manufacturers, dc manufacturers just want cheap basic speed cf to bundle with the dc.
Just confirms what I believed. The lexar card I have is awesome... When that 512mb sweet card comes down to cheap levels in a couple years, maybe just maybe one will find it's way into my set of cards

And the MD eats batteries compared to regular CF cards.
