Yes, $40-$50 if I recall correctly.

The shipping on this laptop is actually $69.00 with no tax on the shipping. Its not so hot of a deal after you have to go to the store to order it and see the added costs after the fact. It will in most places cost over $500 to get plus 3-6 week wait time.

I hear you, but just about every other week there is a comparable sale with items in stock or free shipping etc.

i sold my hp to get funds for this laptop.
After pricing it in store, with upgraded processor and hdd, including tax + shipping.
It came out to around 660, i paused for a second and said ****** it.

Not worth it in my opinion, rather get a used dell

Staples had essentially the same laptop (I'm not sure about the CPU) on Black Friday 2006 for the same price-plus a free (100% rebate) inkjet printer. Decent little machine, I got one for my daughter,
