All SKU's matched up fine. I highlighted the rebate forms and copies of the receipts to match the SKU's to make it a bit easier for the guys writing those nice checks.

I just got back from OD. I ordered one as well. I just wanted to say thanks to all that posted the rebate info. It was kind of funny, I had to tell the sales guy about the Turion rebate for 100.00 He did not have a clue about it.

I went back to Office depot and cancel mylast order, and thanx for you guys i placed another one.
This time i used that staples $30 coupon and it worked, but i added the productivity ports for free.

I just ordered one as well. Did anyone notice that the rebate for the $50 hp printer says: HP Deskjet printer priced at $69 or higher. ?? The price of the printer on my receipt is $49.99. Im going to OD tomorrow to see if I can get a refund on this and also get them to price-match staples $30. Wish me luck! Thanks JugStafe for organizing the rebates.

So I just circled the printer SKU for the rebate.

Anyone else have an experience like thi posted?

With regards to the "Staples" $30 off of a $150 purchase rebate coupon, it's been stated here that "Office Depot" recognizes this rebate as well. Is this because OD matches all Staples coupons/rebates? Also, since I already purchased the laptop would I be able to go in and get a gift certificate/credit for the $30? I know some places offer a 30 day policy on price matching. Does anyone have any experience on this or has anyone tried to get this rebate post-purchase?

I think OD does match competitors coupons. Not that the coupon was just that - a coupon - and not a rebate.
I don't know if going in post facto would work or not - if anyone has tried it, please let me know. I might just call them and find out.

Got all excited when I got an email saying an OD item had been shipped, but it's just the dorky printer. Guess I can go ahead and put it on eBay now, though.

Like I was the 1st to mention....definately try and use the coupon, but its also not a 100% success rate. It didnt work fo me bcz they said that they do not match internet coupons. I said, well its for instore only, and he said, but you have printer it from the internet, so we dont accept it.

To whoever asked. All 3 of the $100 back rebates do not require a UPC/Copy-of-UPC. All they require is a copy or original of the receipt along with the completely filled out form. I added a copy of my tech depot form as well just incase they need to cross check junk or whatever. The two $50 rebates DO require for your laptop to be in hand as they need the UPC, but those rebates start "expiring" based on the shipping invoice date, so its not like these two weeks of wait time with HP is going against your rebate send-in period.

Got to run to classes. Picked up my free laptop bag from BestBuy yesterday....gonna try to grab that SO-DIMM deal as well

Which Free laptop bag & Which Memory you are talking about give me a link will be. I will really appreciate that. And that $30 Coupon worked for me, when i walked in they said it won;t work and won;t take it i talked to the manager and he put it in and did work.
So don;t listen to them ask them to put it in while they are ringing your other rebates it will definately work.

Use this link.

In the upper left, it says "Print this rebate and close this page". Use that or right click the image and choose "Save As...", then load it up in Paint or something and print it that way.

Thanks johnyaya for the tip. I tried the "print this rebate...." and still got only the top half, so I saved the form to my PC and printed the bottom half. Wonder why it's not priniting correctly from OD's site.

Ok i need help here on the Printers $50 rebates it says Printer Model Number & Serial Number. I found the serial number but is the model Number is HP Deskjet 3847 from which 3847 is the model number. Or on the side of the UPC barcode and serial number sticker says a different model number which is mix of characters & numbers.
So i am confuse which could be the model number?

I'm not sure, but I'll tell you when mine comes. I wanted to know too, but I just decided to pick up a refurbed 512 so-dimm of pc3200 since it was only $43 at Newegg. The slower stuff wasn't any cheaper. CAS 2.5 too. Maybe if the laptop only runs at 2700 I'll be able to get it down to CAS 2. Turions (Athlon 64s) like low latency over high bandwidth anyways.

Mine came today. I haven't done much except turn it on yet, though. Very nice looking machine.
