Compaq Sucks

i just bought a compaq presario desktop and i am having literally a hell of a time.

i have had to send it back to hp twice in 3 weeks of owning this computer and i am pissed off

i was wondering if this is normal cuz my emachines downstairs has had no problems for the 3 years i've had it

i guess i'm just posting this thread to let off some steambut any comments would be welcome also what do you guys think i should do as far as complaints go

That is why I build my one so I don't have headaches and can upgrade and overclock with ease. Some name brands are OK but for the most part you get, or for that matter don't get, what you pay for. Let us know waht the problems are and see if someone or myself can help.

What was the problem? (kinda important) I have owned two compaqs before building my own PC, and I have never had a single problem with either that wasn't easily handled.

well the first time i sent it in it was cuz the motherboard was screwed up which i figured to be just a freak occurance
but now the computer is back at the hp center cuz they installed the wrong mobo or something so windows won't load
i'm supposed to get it back this weekend so i'll see

i wrote a really long letter of compalint but i'm not sure it'll do any good, do y'all think i should send the letter and if so do you think compaq will even read it
