Comparision of Graphics card

I am buying a new laptop and i am getting the following graphic card options:

1. 2 GB ATI Radeon - Laptop Model: HP Pavilion g6 2137TX
2. nVidia Geforce GT620M Optimus 1 GB DDR 3.3 - Laptop Model - Samsung NP3300E5C-U02IN
3. nVidia Geforce GT 630 M 1 GB GFX - Laptop Model - Lenovo Z580
4. nVidia Geforce GT 540 M 2 GB DDR 3 - Laptop Model - Lenovo Z580

Which of the above 4 options the graphic card will be the best and if possible also help me in telling which of the above 4 laptops will be the best...

Here you can compare the GPUs. The Pavillion likely has a 7690M AMD btw.

If the comparison charts confuse you then you can still rely on the classification list in the middle part of the page, with CLASS 1 being the best category.

Thank you for your reply... one more thing was in my mind that some of my friends were telling that the AMD GPU gets heated more quickly than the Nvidia one...?

Thats garbage ignore that safely but you should check about the driver support though
