Compatability issues w/ AIW 9700 Pro + Epox 8KHA+?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of you have issues concerning the pairing of an Epox 8KHA+ and an ATi All-in-Wonder 9700 Pro?

I tried putting my card in other systems, and they worked fine.. popped into into mine.. couldn't even boot!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I`m not using an AIW model,however I`m using a Sapphire 9700NP in my Epox 8KHA+ with no problems,what PSU do you`ve,and have you tried clearing the CMOS?

I had the rolling lines on an 8KHA+ with a 9700Pro.

I've got a "Power Man" 300W PSU that came with my INWIN case...

Just finishing filling out the ATI RMA form.. ugh..

Was the PSU the same,remember if the other PC you tried it in has a slower cpu it`ll need less power for it to boot with your video card,I would look at trying a good quality 350w PSU like Antec,Enermax,Sparkle etc.

I am runnig an AIW 9700pro currently, but ran into the same problem when i bought my 9800np (prior to the AIW). i had a 300watt PSU and an overclocked system. When i put the card in it wouldn't boot on my 8rda+. I bought an TT 480 Watt pure Power and it fired up like a champ.... I am no expert but it sounds to me like the PSU might be the problem and not the card.

I have a buddy looking for that exact card if you are selling

LOL, I'll try out a friend's PSU with my system before I decide to part with the card... got it thru the ATI auction.

I"ll let you know if I'm interested in selling once I'm done with this final "test"
