We'll definately have the standard squat, deadlift and bench as well as other 'funkier' lifts.
Left hand deadlift (thats the current lift of the quarter in England. Every quarter theres a lift and a bunch of weightlifting clubs do it and we have a ranking list)
Straight arm pull over from the floor
On the floor bench press : You lie on the floor, get the bar to your chest and then press it up etc
We can have number of press ups, pullups and dips also. So the endurance guys can have some fun!
