I wonder if all of these rebates are CompUSA rebates or manufacturer rebates? I haven't had great luck with the CompUSA rebates in the past.

Anybody gonna try to buy them today or tomorrow and return them Sunday? I'm sure the receipt has to have the right date on it for the rebate, so I guess this would be risky at best. They don't necessarily have to return it and ring it up again to knock the price down.

Watch out for the Hi-Val sound card. I/O Magic took over Hi-Val recently and I/O Magic sucks with rebates. If I/O Magic is listed on the rebate for this card then you will have problems getting your rebate. I have had several rebates through I/O Magic and have had to contact them for every rebate to get my $$$.
