BVG to compuplus for the hardcore people $10 less.

Provantage is usually cheaper if you're looking to BVG. I just bought a 2600AMB case for $69.99 (regular price) at BB and used a 10% off preferred customer coupon to bring it to $62.99 plus tax. I plan to BVG to Provantage.com at $51.90. Compuplus has it for $54.00, so I wouldn't be able to use the BVG because they say that it has to be more than a $10 price difference. I'm only going through all this crap because the deal at Staples fell through. I had one ordered for $48.xx delivered with tax and then Staples called me and said that they cancelled my order because they ran out of stock. Oh well...

Anyway.. My point is to look to Provantage.com if you want to BVG. I don't think they come up on any pricewatch searches.

Shipping at Compusa for this case was only 1 Penny, .01 , for me. My total including tax and shipping after Rebate is $86.00. Provantage might sell it for $71 but adds $29 for shipping. Please take that into consideration. I bought a beige SX1040 case from Comp-u-geeks almost 2 years ago and spent $132 with shipping I think. Thanks

Received my case yesterday and was impressed with the 2 day delivery. With this 1 penny shipping lasting all week I am tempted to buy another. Have checked every other site that has been posted here; and I still think I got the best deal--can't seem to beat $86.00 (tax and shipping included), after $20.00 rebate at CompUsa. Shipping kills you if your not careful.

How bout one that Antec makes OEM???.

Might check out Directron or a few other sites, but I think thats the price I've seen it pretty much everywhere.

You don't get a PSU. The 1080AMG PlusView doesn't come with a PSU either. You can get similar cases made by Chenming/Chieftech, but you won't get the Antec PSU....that's the hard part about these deals, deciding what is most important to you. That's why I picked my case and PSU seperately, avoid this dilemma

30 lbs. I guess it's not aluminum. Newegg's got a Chieftec clone that weighs 19 lbs. The power supply that's bundled with it sucks though. Can anyone confirm that this case isn't aluminum?
