In store only bs pisses me off, there is no compusa near me! Every other electronics store withing 10min drive, no compusa...

I go under weekly add and click "online specials" and there not even online specials, basterds!

Them and bestbuy tick me off, I like officedepot the best, there rebates are the best, the got a decent selection at my store, the manager has bent over backwards for me before... Though they dont have as many deals on computer hardware as others...

just picked up the moto wireless router for $12.xx after tax/rebate. set up isn't as easy as my old netgear, but after 15 minutes of set up, it's working pretty well so far. thanks OP!!

I got the $9 motorola wireless pci card. Card isnt the easiest to configure but its working. Fricking crapusa is a joke. 5 day sale and they were out of these by early this afternoon. I got mine like an Easter egg. They were all out so I huted around the store till I found one that someone misplaced. Kinda funny me and another guy were bot doing the same thing and I found it near where he was standing. Held on to it with two hands till I got out of the store. In case anyone wonders Edison NJ branch is now really sold out.

Next time try staying late. Usually CompUSA removes shipping option during early morning, so if you stay till 12AM, (or in this particular sale till 12:01AM) you can order the goodies delivered to your door. At least that has been my experience with the last two big sales they had.

It's kind of sad. Not too many years ago CompUSA's birthday anniversary was THE sale of the year as far as hot deals go. This year I hardly even bothered to glance at the flyer.

welp, I picked up a pair of MS wireless mice. The store I went to (Woburn, MA) had only the red color ones in stock. I wanted blue... So far so good. Although, I'm a little iffed at how this mouse feels compared to the previous iterations. Having never used the tiltwheel before, I found it to be... very strange. The wheel button is rather hard to press down. I didn't like that since it was easy to press down on my IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0. I also found the mouse wheel to be rather weird too. The previous mice had notches/steps. It was easier for me to tell that I was actually scrolling up or down. Those notches are gone now and I'm trying to get used to this. Lastly, the weight is really different. Anyone who has relied on wired mice will know that they're very light and perfect for gaming (when you have to lift the mouse up to readjust). I doubt I'll use this for gaming but it's clearly good enough for normal Windows usage. Not too bad for 15 bucks out the door.
