Ok I ordered some compact flash on 11/24. Compusa tells me it shipped on 11/29. I wait until now and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to check the status of the order through the website but it always displays an error but today it worked and much to my astonishment it showed that it was delivered on 12/6, a week ago!! It was signed by someone that I know doesn't live in my three story apartment. I am quite perplexed and don't know what to do. I read from COMPUSA's shipping information that they use Fedex for shipping. But I don't have a tracking number and Compusa has abyssmal customer service. I have a bill on my credit card for something I don't have... and now I don't even want this thing. How can I get this resolved?
