For items purchased in a CompUSA retail store, or from CompUSA.com
Most items purchased from CompUSA retail stores or CompUSA.com and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or complete shipping invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase. Some items purchased from CompUSA.com cannot be returned in CompUSA retail stores. Please follow the Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy for these items. All items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories."
Granted, they say "most" items, but this should be a good argument to bring up at the B&M...just print the page and show it to the manager...if he doesn't cave and give you the sale price, I think we've got a good case to complain to some higher authority. Logically, it should work. Then again, I'm not sure if there are many logical minds at CompUSA.
