Computer beeps and beeps

If he didn't live so far, I could fix it for him.

anyways. he said:
Computer beeps every 5 second when the computer is powered up. He resets about 40 times, it would go away and the computer runs perfect. The computer would run perfect for 2 days, then act up again.

Program with board? Ram has been swaped out with others many time.
