The seller has over 20000 score with almost 100% positive, i told him about the board and he is willing to work with me.

Excellent that you followed up. But if it was posted as a tested pull you should have been able to trust that, esp with a vendor with 100% feedback.

The crucial test didn't really say too much to be honest. I'll run it again now and look closer at the results, it basically just listed my pc devices last time though

no nothing specific.

i did run memtest last night and the corsair had loads of errors, so i'm rma them as they have a lifetime warranty.

The others i had i ran through memtest and they came back with zero errors.

So lets see if that solves the issue.

I also replaced my mobo battery just in case

Well.....we now get our politics are vastly different. But Soros is in no way Machiavellian. Delve and check out what he's done with his money....including getting tehchnoloy to those who would otherwise never have it.

He also din make his money from fossil fuels, the investment in which may have already taken Global Warming to a level we can not mitigate.

But I so like they subsidize/sponsor offerings on PBS....ironically centering on Science. If that's not an irony, tell me what is.

Let us know if booting with the remaining sticks solves anything.

So for a little extra work, got half new half old parts and saved about $400 in the process, guess it was worth it in the end.

Wut speed the good sticks? I never felt it was the board and am so happy it appears not to be. Sounds like salt of the earth vendor. Again, always look for "tested pull' or "from a working system." But, that you factored in his feedback was excellent. I adore ebay.
