Computer hangs on POST

Ouch...Computer running great for 2 years. I powered it off to unplug the multi reader and now when it boots it throws the Dell splash and displays press F2 for setup or press F12 for boot devices. Pressing either gets nowhere.

Anyone have any brilliant ideas??? I already tried pulling the plug.
