Computer keeps crashing

Recently, my computer has been crashing with an alarming frequency (it's already crashed three times tonight!).

Always get a BSOD that starts with:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
(Don't have the chance to read the rest before the message disappears)

Check the event viewer, and I see this:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x10000050 (0xf765d146, 0x00000000, 0xf71ee9a2, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini062505-03.dmp.

Another one is:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x001902fe, 0xaff4d96c, 0xaff4d668, 0xf71ee9a2). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini062505-01.dmp.

And, another for good measure:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x001902fe, 0xafddb988, 0xafddb684, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini062405-01.dmp.

Any ideas on what might be causing this/how to fix it?

A few more details might be in order:
Running Windows XP SP2 with all but the latest security patches (there are currently 8 that are available in Windows Update) installed
Edit: DEP is enabled - this causes an error message at startup that says PPC device driver (for VS.net) cannot be loaded.

Athlon 64 3000+
Asus K8N-E (Nforce3 250GB)
2x512 OCZ LL PC3200
Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB
TV Wonder Pro

Also have:
Logitech Force 3D (recently installed, with most up to date drivers.. since removed)
Card reader
USB key
Iomega external hard drive
MX1000 mouse

Usually if you have not installed anything recently (S/W) it will be either a H/W conflict possibly via the drivers and/or a partial H/W failure within the MB. The MB seems to be new however, being a 64 there could be not fully stressed components that are failing.
