Computer Randomly Restarting in Software

So I have a new, fantastic computer--the specs are down below--and while playing BF2 SF (hasn't happened in any other games, but some cause random freezes instead) my computer will randomly restart. I find this odd because it does this even though the temperature is around 45 C while it used to get up to above 55 and nothing would happen, so I don't believe it is a heat issue.

Does anyone know what else could cause this kind of behaviour? Random lock ups/freezes or restarts? I would appreciate any useful advice. Thank you for your time.

The power supply is supposed to be very high quality... It's a PCP&C 510SLI and cost a good $230 or so.

Download Memtest from here - for best results run it overnight

Prime95 will stress test your system - you can find it here, again to ensure your system is stable leave it running for at least several hours

It still could be having problems, if you've got a spare swap it in there.

Also, your temp readings could be off..be sure to check both the video card and processor.
