seasonic is a good brand (if not one of the best)

corsiar would be a good choice for the more budget minded...

But why are you looking at a smaller powersupply??? you need to get above the 650watt range with v+12 rails that exceed the amount needed by your video card.


if you get that 550 you will more then likley have the same issue

So i have now installed the new power supply, the SeaSonic G series 550w and no more REBOOTS!!! Wooooo!!!! I am so happy. It turns how quality really matters. But sadly corsair has lost their spot for goo "quality" psus -.- and thanks everyone for helping out. I looked at the views of this thread and it has 2,065!! Holy crap. Also is it normal to get 80c on Battlefield 4 on High settings with the PNY GTX 760?

Sounds really high, but I never had a GPU that powerful or Nvidia altogether. Can u increase the fan speed? How are yr other temps?

Just found this re yr card re PSU draw. Wow, hungry GPU!

If you do decide to go with this card, make sure your power supply can handle it. You might get by with a 500w PSU, depending on what else in your rig is being powered. You need at least 30A on the 12v rail. It seems that most older PSUs do not have this much power on the 12v rail. The 760 uses two 6-pin PCI power connectors. The PNY card includes an adapter that can convert two molex connectors to one 6-pin connector.

Well don know about him.....but I...feel WAY better!

Given what my card runs at even under load, it felt high to me so I got worried.
