Want hear something asinine? Our CS department FORBIDS (absolutely forbids) anyone to help each other on HW or assignments. Considers it cheating. You can ask someone "Shoudl I use StreamTokenizer for this project and how does it work" but the best answer you could hope for without "cheating" is "Yea, I used tokenizer.
