I just bought a new Mobo and CPU, and something is strange now. When I turn on my power supply, it powers on the computer, but only for about 2 or 3 seconds, not long enough to even try to load anything. I don't even have the power on/off wire connected and it does this. I tried switching it on myself once I connected the wire, but nothing. The only way to get it to do anything is by turning off the PSU then turning it back on, and then it just does this same thing.
Here's the links to the new parts.

If I had to guess I would say something is shorting it out. BTW, the only other things connected are the video card and ram.
Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated.
