no, I just want a post from Amused that basically says

Yes, Freegeeks, maybe my statement was not very well chosen. At least one murderer had a concealed permit

IMO if you make a bold statement and somebody proves you wrong you should have the balls to admit it

I asked for one case. You provided one. I never claimed one did not exist, thus I am not wrong. I only asked that one be provided. In doing so, you exposed the fact that CC permits do NOT increase gun related crimes.

Again, thanks for playing.

LOL

whatever

Um, OK. Fact is, my point is proven, and yours destroyed.

there is only one fact proven here, that you're a guy who can not admit he made a statement that he could not back up

I'm getting used to your bs

Actually you have to be 21 to get a permit as well as buy a hand gun. Secondly, I'd like to see how you'd conceal a TEK-9. Then I'd ask you why you'd want to buy such a piece of junk anyways.

Owned. Why not just get a decent Kimber .45 and be done with it?

And what would be the point of carrying then? You'd have a nice paper weight to defend yourself with. "Time out Mr Badguy. I have to load my pistol first" No. You carry loaded.

Well for one thing, guns are loud (duh ) And firing one in an enclosed place would be deafening. So you could save your ears that way. I wouldn't on a pistol but if you had an AR, I'd think about it. As far as affecting accuracy, The typical range of self defense encounters is like 21 feet at most. For home protection, look around and see just how far you'd really ever have to shoot. So any impact on accuracy would have no bearing at those ranges.

No. You have to get a concealed permit in every state you carry the weapon. My uncle had 12 or 13 at one time when he was a bodyguard. Now that he's a marshall on planes, he doesn't have to have a permit.

Maybe this was true in the past but not any more. Most states with CCW have recipracy agreements with other states that have CCW. So if you have a Florida CCL, you can carry in Texas under that permit. You have to check to make sure there is an agreement before you go to another state tho.

I made no statement that required backing up.

Please show me where I ever claimed no murders were committed by CCW permit holders. I didn't. I challenged people to find one.

Please show me where I said anything false, or contrary to the facts.

So, what do we have? No false statements and no BS.

What's your problem?
