Salvador... Short story version, purchased for in store pickup on the 17th, cancelled without my permission on the 18th. Called 888 number to ask why and was told that I could pick it up at a store 3 hours away roundtrip and get there and was told they must have been mistaken.
Called again the 18th to place order to be delivered before Thanksgiving, go to check status online to find they chose ground method and switched requested credit card to be used from Blue to my Visa. Wait inline for two hours Friday, about number twenty inline, to find out they don't have any stock and will not offer rainchecks. Take my printout receipt from online to pricematch that same day, refused. Make another online purchase Friday morning whilst still showing in stock and available only to get an e-mail stating they cancelled it and they would be happy to replace the order if I repurchase only to go back and they had removed it from the site. Take my printout receipt from online to pricematch on the 24th, refused. During all of this is constant e-mails and phone calls, and all they ever say is they are sorry but they can't help, no reason why though.
What do I do now besides give up and return it?
