If you're dealing with Wikipedia, you're looking at it from the feminists perspective. I'd recommend the always neutral Encyclopedia Dramatica. You may not like them because they back up everything they claim with screenshots and evidence though.

It literally has screenshotted proof of everything it claims. The gaming press has been caught conspiring via an email group list to ignore everything about gamergate except for "harassment" related stories.
You can create any narrative you want with enough screenshots of enough people doing he said/she said. See the wikipedia article if you want to learn what the rest of the world thinks of the situation. It's not the press willfully "ignoring" the things you think are important; it's them realizing a group of loud people are basically behaving like a bunch of maleficent A420s, and focusing on the actual news related to that. Gaming press conspiring to behave like actual news sources isn't anything special.

The only perspective on wikipedia is that of corruption at this point. Because all major gaming outlets are corrupt, and the mainstream media only reprints this false narrative, the only publication "sources" of note which are allowed on wikipedia are poisonous. Combined with sjw editors on wikipedia in control and all you have is a false narrative on wikipedia, and its been that way since day 1. That is their power, they control the publications, they control the narrative, its why they continuously publish lies, they know based on this system it self reinforces itself.
And the corruption is reflected in what we saw on msnbc just a few days ago, where you have sjw's just lie straight into the camera more than a month in with not a shred of shame, and no one calls them on it. So bringing in wikipedia and talking about "news sources", well you just are the perfect example of the problem. These people know that the news media is at best lazy, at worst corrupt, fact checking is not something they are concerned with. They aren't a "news source" they are just sources of disinformation at this point. The exposure of this lack of journalistic integrity is exactly the problem gamers have been complaining about for the entire duration of this mess. When all your news sources are worse than fox news in both accuracy and integrity, there is a problem.
