Today I reached the top 100 in OGR!!!!!!!
Not bad for 66 days.
That particular goal accomplished I am now ready to move my herd over to RC5 as posted back in another thread. The reasoning being that RC5 is finite. It must end sooner or later and I think that the RC5 guys wouldn?t mind a few more blocks being done for the team. Once RC5 finishes (assuming the key hasn?t been lost!) I will move back to OGR.
I am going to let the herd migrate naturally by closing incoming OGR blocks and as each client uses up it?s blocks it will move over to RC5. This means that the faster machines should move over within a day or two and the rest slowly migrate over a period of about twenty days. Currently each client has its full complement od 24 blocks in the IN buffer plus the perproxy has 10 blocks so the start time for migration will be inside 10 hours.
My current ranking for RC5 is 234,165th
Hmmm have to do better
Interesting thing is what will my rank be in OGR by the end of the migration??
