Connecting with Real vnc

Hi all,
Recently i Installed Real VNC,But i dont know how to get started i,e how can i connect from windows2000 server to my windows 2000 professional,Please can any body explain me in depth.

You are tring to connect to your windows 2000 pro machine from your windows 2000 machine? Its pretty straight forward. Run the server on your win2000 pro machine open t 5900 on your firewall and direct it to your 2000 pro machine. Fire up the vnc client on your windows 2000 server and put in the ip of your 2000 pro machine. Thats about it in a nut shell.

VNC versions are quite similar here you have instructions for an other version of VNC.

Terminal services through a vpn. No need to open ports (security risk) No need for vnc but you can if you want.

Edit: OOPS! Read that wrong. There should be little configuration. Just install the server on the 2K workstation and the viewer on the server then connect to it's ip or name. Never had an issue?
